Stafford Rangers vs Witton Albion.

Witton are on the road again on Tuesday night when they travel to Stafford Rangers in a Northern Premier League fixture. Rangers are still seeking their first league win of the season and currently sit second bottom in the table although, their form at Marston Road isn’t that bad, having drawn three out of four games at home. Away from home they have only picked up one point from a possible twelve. Witton go into the game with a fair amount of disappointment, having been held so late in the game at Bamber Bridge at the weekend when it looked as though they would come away with all three points. Stafford are looking to climb the table and will now be able to concentrate on the league for the time being, having exited the Emirates FA Challenge Cup at the weekend. They have a familiar face in charge at Marston Road in Alex Meechan, who had a brief spell at Wincham Park a few seasons ago. Witton will be hoping to improve their recent form which has seen them winless since beating Gainsborough Trinity at Wincham Park and they’ll be going out to put that right in what will be another tough examination. Kick off at Marston Road is 7.45pm.
