Stafford Rangers vs Witton Albion.

Witton are back on their travels again on Tuesday night but only briefly, when they face Stafford Rangers in a Northern Premier League Premier Division fixture.

Saturday’s home win against Mickleover FC will have lifted a weight off their shoulders and they will now look to follow up with another positive result from another tough game.

Stafford go into the game currently in ninth position in the league table having won three of their six home games so far, losing twice at Marston Road against Buxton & Warrington Town respectively.

Their last outing saw them draw 1-1 with Atherton Collieries at the weekend in front of a crowd of 622 so they’ll be hoping to continue their good form.

Witton’s last visit to Marston Road was almost two years ago and the two sides shared the spoils in a 1-1 draw with Will Jones equalising for the Albion midway through the second half.

Kick off at Marston Road is 7.45pm.
