I do feel that we were a yard quicker than you and passed it round more. Both teams looked a bit rusty, understandable considering we hadn’t played since boxing day. We give your player ludgsen an easy goal through poor defending and your keeper should have done better of that pen from Steeley. I do feel that if it was a cup game we’d hammer you. Also have to admit the atmosphere was shocking.

That will secure the club have a home if we go bust because it might be our last game on Sat against Histon. I’m not going to even contemplate a groundshare.

I’ve been banned from the Vics forum for so called abuse. You’re right when you say some Vics fans are nobs. Brian Edge didn’t even consider the personal abuse I got. FC Victoria Of Northwich posted a vid of me dancing on you tube. This was so embarrasing. I got called a WUM by tourist and an imbecile by Victorian who always teased me with TEZ. Also V told me to eff off hundreds of times! The moment I mentioned I was a student, they treated me like a schoolboy. They thought I was thick. They kept going on about EMA being a waste of taxpayers money and that SJD was a crap college as well. That forum is ageist towards me and Matt and sexist towards Sammyj. Edgeconsider banning the people that were abusing me. All that made me lose my temper a bit. I’m not a stupid schoolboy with no brain. I’m an A level student at SJD who’s a perfecty decent lad who did very well in my GCSE’S. To any users of the Vics forum reading, please ask Edge or the administrators if I can post again. I’ll cut down on my posts and totally ignore any crap I get from other users. I wasn’t hated by everyone, so give me a chance cos I’m not the idiot you think I am. Financial Situation - Riley and Farran

I still don’t totally agree with people on this forum about Riley and Farran. Last week I was ransacked for even mentioning their names on the team sheet to play Barnton in the Mid Cheshire cup. Maybe I do agree that there simply not good enough for BSP Level. They did look out of sorts and couldn’t keep up with the pace or mental toughness of BSP Level against Lewes and Eastbourne earlier this season. But surely a second grade cup like the Mid Cheshire cup against a team of Riley and Farrans ability in Barnton should be used as a chance to check their progress and give them valuable first team experience. After all these two local lads are teenagers with their whole possible footballing careers ahead of them. There is also no doubt they would play with more passion than most of Vics current players. Furthermore it would bring economic benefits to the club, they would play for much smaller wages than the rest of the team or even play for free. If we want to keep our best players, we need to make more room to pay their wages. Surely for Vics fans that use their brains more than their hearts just maybe playing local lads in our up and coming games would be better. We may get relegated a league or two because the players would lack sufficent quality. But would you rather play them and go down a few leagues or play players with higher wages that the club can’t afford and pay the much bigger cost of getting liquidated!
In my opinion getting liquidated would be a disaster to the players and REAL fans of this precious club. Northwich vics are 134 years old making them one of the oldest clubs in the country. Getting liquidated and reforming as AFC Northwich Victoria would take away all that history. From Vics being the founders of NLP, Cheshire league, Old Div 2 to their blue square North success in 2005. It would also take away a lot of fond memories for many older fans of famous vics games. Such as the time when Vics got to the FA Cup sixth round and the traditional eating of pies and chips. For younger people like myself it would leave us without a football club in Mid Cheshire playing at a decent level in the BSP. Also for me it’s a chance to get ENTERTAINED and catch up with friends from my old high school.
So for any true Vics fans like myself WE MUST NOT let this club go bust because true supporters should not won’t to support a newly formed Vics. A message to the NVST, give the 18k Jim Rushe needs to play player wages. Also to all Vics fans think about the benefits economically of playing them local lads and FUNDRAISE. Whether it’s through the Walk to Alty, donations of matchday winnings, lottery winnings even? I would quite happily get rotten tomatoes chucked at me for £1 a throw. Finally, I feel it’s an utter disgrace that we have a hardcore fanbase of 600 in a town of 30,000. Maybe we need to think about the better advertising of games or even think of a different location for a stadium such as Moss Farm which would attract more people because it’s in the centre of the town and could appeal to leisure users of it. But for all those countless numbers of people stop gloryhunting with United or Liverpool on your armchair. Support the Vics, you may help SAVE OUR BELOVED CLUB!

Tricky you are not physically banned, you are only banned in cyber space, you can do a variety of things to get yourself back on the forum.
Change your user name, email address and computer, if you log in from home then log in from college or a mates house, that will have a different IP address and they wont know who you are!!
