Witton’s Youth team are in action on Sunday afternoon when they travel to Stockport Georgians in a North West Youth Alliance Division One fixture. The young side have made a decent start to the season winning two from their opening four games, although they did suffer defeat at leaders Irlam FC last weekend. They sit handily placed in the league in what is a learning process for them as they adjust to life in a higher division. They will go into the game full of enthusiasm and the desire to perform well but they face a tough examination in their latest game. Kick off at Cromley Road is 2.30pm.
