Would just like to take this opportunity to thank everyone at Witton Albion Football Club and congratulate them on what they have achieved so far this season. It has been a very frustrating time for me personally with having to miss out on so much at a time when the players have given everything and achieved so much this season.

I am now preparing to go into hospital later today for an operation and had a disappointment this morning by being told that the ward I am being placed on doesn’t have wifi. So unfortunately, my only means of following the last league game and the play offs, will be via my mobile which allows me to access the forum & Twitter. Oh well, better than nothing I suppose.

At this stage I have no idea how long I am likely to be in hospital that depends on the outcome of tomorrow but Witton Albion will be at the forefront of my thoughts as always.

Congratulations to Carl, Gary & all the team who have put so much into this season and given us all so much. Yes, I have enjoyed being involved even from a distance but it’s not the same.

Go and win those Play Offs because your efforts deserve it. To all the fans, have a great night at the Player of The Year Awards on Saturday night.

Next season I will be back at The NetDec Stadium because, I have as much determination as our lads have shown this season.

Without being to ‘‘nosy’’ , what is the prob’, did the op go o.k. ? Can we the fans help in any way to get you back watching your team , is it finance or what ? There must be some way, we can help !!!
