Im no expert but arent there about 3 or 4 holding companies? Is this not just one of them?

I’m sure this is the old club

If so standard practice

A quick version of their recent history. NVFC 2004 is wound up and a Cva agreed which had to be paid to form the current club NVFC 2007. Cva never paid and dissolved and to this day there has been no formal court case concerning this company being wound up by the administrator or any of the many creditors including the taxman who is owed just under half a million.
Northwich Victoria developments is one of the companies formed in the aftermath of NVFC 2007 formation and as such is seperate to the football club, who will carry on as per their current state. Personally I cannot see this making a jot of difference and agent rushe will carry on

From a football point of view it should be remembered that 2007 has been punished by the NPL for the breach of financial rules by demotion from the league which on appeal to the FA they had a one division demotion and remained in the NPL. If this club continues to break financial rules can it be punished by the league or FA for something they have already been punished for?

Surely they can due to a continued breach of the rules?

If Marston’s hasten his demise then SlipperyJim will be bitter but then he has no pedigree.
Time gentlemen please, haven’t you got a home to go to?

Looking forward to the start of the season how can sharing with Stafford be sustainable? As the season progresses only the die hard fans will travel to watch their home games and the away games are often beyond the back of beyond as many Witton fans experienced a few years back! So, with little or next to no revenue streams from home games, dwindling crowds, the cost of player wages (albeit maybe less than last season) ? any income from catering or bar facilites etc, extra away day travelling costs and the cost of leasing or renting Stafford’s facilities how on earth can this be financially sustainable? SBL

Dont think it will bother Rushe he has a track record of doing this, and alsp dont think normal business sustainability matters here either there are other practices/motives going on which I dont understand fully that means he can continue “losing” money.

Can’t be far off before JR turns into Wobbly Bob.

Does this mean there’s going to be no drive through Mcdonalds, multiplex Cinema, and Marina…Bugger!

Yes, but there might be in stafford if you fancy a drive

Or possibly in Flixton
