With the confirmation of the Incinerator at Lostock I would imagine this will have a massive effect on the proposed new housing estate, who on earth will want to buy a house that close to an Incinerator? Will the cancelling or curtailing of the proposed estate effect us in any way?

“Match reports”? This is miscellany isn’t it? The housing development could be a big thing for us, lots of potential supporters right on top of the ground, another reason we don’t want an Incinerator in the town. The bigger the estate the better for us surely and this thing could really put the “mockers” on it for who will want to live near one if they have a choice?
