As long as he doesnt use his position as an excuse not to take part in these himself…

A really positive package of progressive decisions.
Well done Mark and his team.
I hope that without yet kicking a ball there will be a few lapsed supporters looking to return to the fold next season.
Suddenly there’s a tangible sense of optimism.

Certainly worth considering returning to watch more so because they are in the NORTH now!

Really great at the moment as we seem to be heading in the right direction. The new manager is a great appointment who I think will take us forward on the playing side. Here is a guy with a good track record who actually knows what he’s doing. I can’t see him putting up with ill discipline and the lack of effort from some quarters we saw last season.
In Pritch and Macca we have two lads who will be assets on the coaching front, and Murph as Chief Scout will also be good he recommende players last season which fell on the deaf ears of our manager.I understand he’s friendly with Oggie so there is instant trust and rappor straight from the off so its got to be good. The hook up with the college is a masterstoke and again can only benefit us as a club.Bound to be some sour grapes from the neighbours over this but the truth of the matter is you can’t hook up with a club that is constantly in admin and debt!!
Well done to Mark and the board I’ve been critical in the past about the last 2 managerial appointments and I think with just cause but this great as Paul O does have a track record and all the experience you could want.
I understand Neil Wilson was involved in the interviewing so I think we owe a lot to him too not just in terms of this but all the other work he does that keeps us afloat. The fact he is getting ivolved in policy like this can only be great for the future as Neil is very definately for me future chairman material. He can only benefit from working alonside the present “Gaffer”. Keep going Neil your a bright lad and I like talking to you and just what our club needs to take us on in the future!!
Onward and Upward!! How refreshing to see the club packed out on Thursday too lets keep it all going can’t wait for the season to start not even worried about Capello and the boys now!!

You sure you’ve got the right Neil??

:woohoo:

Neil who?

Neil Diamond?

Or Sedaka or Armstrong.

Just a minor query, how come most don’t mind having an ex Vics manager as our new manager but are totally against uisng their ex ground?
WHS.

Congratulations to the Chairman, Board and all involved parties for such a positive move in the recent appointments. Sounds very promising. Looking forward to the new season, and due to the switch the North division, more matches!
