According to the Unibond League website, we’ve just signed a Thomas Field, previously with Southport FC. <br> <br>According to the Sandgrounders website, the ex TNS midfielder played in pre season before going to Stalybridge. Two weeks ago Field (20) rejoined from Stalybridge playing for the reserves. However, Southport boss Liam Watson couldn’t see Field forcing his way into the Conference starting line up and felt it better that he got regular first team football elsewhere. <br><br>It had been expected that Field would return to the Bower Fold but it looks like he’s coming here. Think that he’s previously been with Leigh RMI and Everton. <br><br>Anyone else know anything about him? <br><br>
