Never mind Monday against the artist formally known as V*cs, this is our biggest game of the season.
Revenue wise, Kudos wise and general interest wise, we saw last year what effect a curtailed cup campaign can have on a season.
Show the spirit and effort from the back end of the Mossley game and we’ll be on MOTD in November with the coffers swelled before you know it (no pressure!).

Very tough game so early in the competition, i have a customer who is a massive Trafford fan and he reckons we have no chance!
Apparently Trafford have been on fire this season and the 8-0 win on Tues certainly gives them confidence going into tomorrow’s game, however i feel if we play like we have shown in patches we should definitely be in with a shout.
Scott knows what it takes to go on a cup run as do several players so im sure we wont have a repeat of last years shocker!
My prediction
Trafford 2 Witton Albion 2
A replay and no Vics game on Monday

Saturday sees Witton begin their quest for FA Cup glory, as they make the relatively short journey to Trafford FC in the Preliminary Round. The match gives both clubs small respite from their league commitments at least for a day anyway and they will be looking to progress further in this years competition where, a home tie will be the prize for the winners. Games between the two clubs are usually eventful and anything could be expected in this one. The game at Shawe View will kick off at 3pm and should the fixture be drawn, the replay is likely to be at Wincham Park on Tuesday, kick off 7.45pm.

Come on Witton. We need a good run in the cup to boost our finances, also us fans are desperate for a good cup run. I can see SDcott and the players being up for this game so come on you Wittoners you also be up for it. We do not want a debacle that saw us go out at the first time of asking like last season. So come on the Albion. you can do it.
I think this will be a tough test for us, we will have to be on our game and convert chances, I would bring in Dawse at left back and revert back to 4-4-2. I will go for a 2-2 draw. UTA
