An excellent opening 30 minutes from Witton, looking really hungry today.

Scott Bakkor almost doubled the lead following a move down the right between Anthony Gardner & Danny Andrews but, his shot just scraped the post.

Good grief I thought we’d won, drawn, lost…thanks Wheels!

100% effort from all the players today. Well done, a vast improvement now have a rest.
I see Nantwich’s game was postponed and we have had two really energy sapping games.

Message to Mark Harris, as you have influence with the Evostik League, can you have an emergency meeting and have a new directive that League games will only have a duration of 85 minutes, back dated to the start of the season, that should put us in a position for a playoff challenge

PS I think Scott Bakkor will become a very good player given time, best signing of the season for me.(So far that is !)

a point nearer safety :clap

All the talk lately has been about strikers but I’m more concerned that we can’t see a game out! We got away with it today but we can’t keep conceding late goals. It’s goin to cost us at the end of the day!

Say what you like but being a Wittoner is NEVER boring. The things we do on the field beggar belief at times!!
WHS.

Much much improved performance today, there was fight in the team but as Tim Sherwood said after Spurs got their first win at Southampton under his reign “One swallow doesn’t make a summer” and we have an immense fight on our hands to avoid relegation. The harsh reality is that we are now 5 points adrift allbeit with 2 games in hand but we have to win them and no team in our league will lie down for Witton Albion. SBL

First half we were back to what we do best, dominating possession and playing the ball to feet, thought Dawson was MoM for me always positive in his play and again ran himself into the ground for the team, Bakkor looks a great prospect his first touch is quality.

I think you have to give Trafford some credit they came out second half strong and their manager made positive changes which paid off for them, I personally don’t see us goin down there is to much quality in this side for that, let’s hope the 94th minute equaliser is the turning point! UTA
