Can’t tell you what this means to me as on a personal front I’ve suffred a berevement in the family and my elderly mum has health problems. So seeing this has given me a big lift. Depsite a loss of form towards the end of the season I rate Adam Warlow and if he gets the right service he will bang in goals. He does n’t want it six foot up in the air I think he wants balls played in front of him that he can either outapce defenders with or hit first time into the net. Anyway this is great news and I’m sure given everyone a fillup at the club.
As for the other bloke signing I thought we’d got shut of him and the police force were going to ensure he worked exclusively for them!! Still I suppose we’ll have to put up with another season of him yet again!! Seriously sheer delight if anybody will get us promoted this year it will be him, Colussus, Witton written right through him, Strong, love his humour, just think that Witton without Brian is unthinkable. When the day does come to hang up his boots I hope he stays with us in some capacity as he is a great driving force and a role model for everyone!! It’s not daft to talk about and MBE for him when football stars and the rest get awards for achieving nothing!! Well done GE and Jim these are top class signings!! Thanks to Adam and Pritch for staying with us!!
Just for Mona (and others) brought this thread back with my suggestion for Pritch to visit the queen
I am all for him visiting the Queen as long as it is not on a march day!!
WHS.

Quite right, my typing gets worse!!!

PS Bad news, my sons intend to be at Witton on Saturday and the youngest is threatening to take my grandson; with our record as Jonah’s it is not good news. I would come myself but that would guarantee defeat!!!
