Witton Albion’s Matchday Programme “Albion Review” has finished third in the UniBond Premier Division Programme Awards announced earlier today.

Winners of the award were Hednesford Town with 308 points, Gateshead 2nd on 286, Witton Albion in 3rd place on 244.

Well done everyone on a great achievement.

Well done ! Son !

Nice work Mark, tremendous effort. Your work on the programme this season has been fantastic.

Excellent work by Mark and everyone else involved.

Must say i’m quite suprised that the Gateshead one didn’t win - Hednesford must have one hell of a program!!

Well Done everybody who has contributed to this success. Yes it is success, even though you don’t come first!

Well done Mark, the programme has been fantastic this year and the effort you have put in has been amazing.

Enjoy the programme every week. Well desreved, well done!

Thinks that ROBBO would make an excellent programme editor. His player interviews were very professionally done and interesting to read.

Anyway seconding the proposal ?

If i had the time Eli then i would certainly do it. If it can be done as a ‘team-effort’, spread between 3 or 4 people, then i would certainly be prepared to do my bit.

i second it

I am sure Mark would give u some assistance, I think he is continuing with the photo side of it.

Think it’s a great idea to share the workload. I’d be happy to jump on board!

I think Mark’s reasons for handing the job over explains everything really. The time factor is the big problem for most people with only so much time in the day, work and family committments and various other things going on in our daily lives.

As has already been said, it is something that ideally needs to be spread amongst a group of people because of the workload involved. It is too much for one person to be expected to take it on.

I probably have more time at my disposal than any of the contributors but, don’t feel that I could do the position the justice which it deserves.

However, I am very happy to continue with my feature for away fixtures and also helping in any way that I can.

Spot on with these comments, it will need a team effort, as Chad, Mark and myself can testify it can be to much for one individual to take on board, may I suggest a get together and plan the publication out, the sooner the better.

Notice on the Unibond Website that the Cammel Lairds programme editor who won the best programme is getting assistance next season as well.

Good post Baggie.

Perhaps anybody willing to contribute, or who wants to play a part in next season’s program, can meet prior to the information meeting next week?
