I am still none the wiser where this “Phoenix Club” will play? Wherever it is it will surely have to be a ground share but the question is with who? Whatever happens they will at long last be where they belong, a long way below us, a club that is run honestly by real football people and supported by people who love the game and their club. ONWARDS AND UPWARDS for Witton, BACKWARDS AND DOWNWARDS for Vics.
WHS.
You couldn’t make it up, their appeal is being lead by Mr Bean!

still no response from mr simpson, presumebly hes not stopped crying yet.
you reap what you sow.
No sympathy whatsoever - any of their fans who were shareholders years ago had the opportunity to get involved ask questions at the Drill Field etc - no one bothered and the people runing the club were too busy burying ther heads in the sand to deal with the reality of it all. Even when we have been in trouble (older fans know better than me) we have asked and been helped by our supporters.
Regardless of football rivalry inept business should not be able to survive for whatever reasons - and those playing by the book should atleast get their chance eventually.
neil, can v?cs problems be put down to depreciation?.
Probably not, maybe the deferred treatement of their football foundation grants could be a possibility?
Cast your mind back a few years ago and recall the one prominent fan who made a stand,a shareholder at the time, who correctly predicted all this would happen on leaving the DF. Wonder what Clive Penny makes of it all now? I am sure all applications for any team wishing to enter next seasons northwest counties passed a couple of months ago and i do not know if any last minute applicants would be considered. As for the existing team if it survives, does not win it’s appeal then it will be placed in a lower division. Bearing in mind it has a groundshare in place with Stafford for next season would this affect what lower regional league they are placed in? Of course Villa are knocking about at winsford with the same initials and team colours, just a coincidence, but I sense they may have a part to play yet in the future of our nomadic friends. Oh and councillor Tom any thoughts now?
Let this be the end of this thread and the end of Northwich Victoria. What more is there to say?
WHS.
Let the wriggling begin - they have proved in the past that they have a very good lawyer! Expect appeal and delays to play-offs.
I have to say I do feel sorry for SOME of thier fans, serves some of them right though! The evostick in my opinion have opened up a box of eels here mind with the (doomed) appeals, V**s should surely have been expelled immediately and thier results expunged, otherwise how can it be fair for the other teams in contention for the playoffs??
I have many good friends that are vs fans (its not their fault they were born abit odd to be fair) and I do feel sorry for them, at the end of the day they are paying customers who support the club they love just like we do and have no influence on how it is run. It’s the people who are and have been at the top for many years (and some of their fans) that I have no sympathy at all for, they have been getting away with murder for years and its justice that it has finally caught up with them. I do fear that Mr Rushe will thrive in the publicity and will cause as much disruption as possible to other teams/leagues, it seems to me he has a take as many with us as possible attitude rather than vs going down quietly like most decent clubs would.
During Vs FA Cup run a couple of years ago their fans used the live ITV coverage to constantly chant…"Are you watching Witton sm"
Well we are now…and i have`nt stopped laughing for days
 :cheer:  :woohoo: B)
They have always been arrogant and abusive as a club generally, of course some of the fans are decent but I too have been enjoying there troubles but dont wish to see them go completely, but defintely hope they get what they deserve, several demotions and a new start.
I hate v*ics, always have done always will do. I was brought up to have a major dislike for our neighbours and that still is true today.
No sympathy
By way of update, as this will no doubt effect us, and the whole of the town, seeing how amazing and ace it sounds. /endsarcasm
[quote]The Official Supporters Club of Northwich Victoria Football Club are at present linking all sections of the teams associated to Northwich Victoria Football Club i.e.Junior, Senior and Women’s.
We are doing this to allow for a greater involvement between all branches as we work towards the building of a new Stadium that will be leased to the Senior Club whilst also having associated buildings built for the Junior sections and the Womens Football Club.
This means that this Stadium will never be taken away from the Football Club or the people of Northwich as the last one was.
The new stadium externally will also house community projects associated to PTSD in the Armed Forces, Rescue Services and Adults and Children and Heart deseases in Children and Adults.
Other areas of Community need will be looked at and added as the Stadium gets closer to being built.
This will truly be a Community targeted Stadium that will be in use predominantly for the Senior Club games, administration and training but with utilisation by the Community for many other purposes when areas are not in use by the Senior Club.
The target is to have a new stadium in place for the 2013-14 season if not at least ready for the 140 year anniversary of our great club in 2014.
The partnership with the Senior Club will allow all players from the junior teams to one day play for the senior team.
As we initiate work on our plans we will send out news letters and keep everyone up to date with our plans.
This will mean whatever league the Senior team play in once the Stadium is built there will always be a Northwich Victoria in Northwich in the future, due to the partnership being put in place now.
The Northwich Victoria Supporters Club will always endeavour to support and work with the owners of the Senior team and be there when times are good and bad.
This will include always being ready to do what it takes to help the Football Club survive through whatever challanges is faces.
So the name of Northwich Victoria Football Club will never be lost.
The ultimate involvement being when any owner feels they wish to either share their control of the Club or to relinquish control to a local community driven group we will be there to take up that role.
This is truly a long term partnership for the Teams, Community and the Town of Northwich.
We hope you will get behind us and help us to drive forward with our plans for the future.
A meeting for all Northwich Victoria Supporters is being arranged for Wednesday 18th April at a venue to be announced. Please watch the latest news section on this site.
This will be to present the ideas and indicate how we will progress the ideas.
It is also to bring together all supporters so we can show you how we feel the future can be for the Fans, Northwich Victoria Supporters Club and the teams it supports.
This will not be an announcement about the situation the Football Club have at present. That will be done by the Football Club.
This is due to the fact the new partnership is to do with future shortfalls in income the club will have, due to the loss of the old stadium, until the new Stadium is built and about the new stadium plans.
We will say that although this meeting is about our future plans we will endeavour to get as much information from the Football Club as possible and indicate our findings before the presentation.
This will be a short presentation as we know people have other issues in their lives but we feel the short time with us will allow you to see our plans and back us in progressing them.
We look forward to building the reputation of the Northwich Victoria Supporters Club and all the teams associated to it, Senior, Junior and Women’s, to new hights in the eyes of the outside Football Family.
