Drat and Double drat ( as Dick Dastardly once said). Let’s look on the bright side, yes it’s another contributor to a fixture pile up, but FCUM are even more behind than we are as the Bury pitch is a rice pudding. Therefore, we might get them when they are tired after playing a lot of games in a short period. Plus, the fixture on Saturday is a real six-pointer and we don’t want the pitch jeopardised by being churned up tonight.
It was great to see a couple of FCUM fans down the ground this morning, working alongside our groundstaff, trying to get the game on.

(Same night as Man United v Man City, which won’t help the gate!)
RIDICULOUS - Come on the people that matter get this date changed to the Monday or the Wednesday at the very least.
Agreed this is crazy surely its gotta be played on the Wednesday night
I believe we’ve got Frickley on the Monday and Chorley on the Wednesday, so Tuesday was the only available day.
Not sure who is acting for us on this at the moment but FC’s sec should have known better?
I suppose as FCUM have not affiliation to Manchester United FC, then obviously the clash of game means nothing to them, it’s not like they are similar in anyway.
This is being looked at.
FCUM have declned this request opting to play this on the Tuesday.
Next step is to write to Man Utd and Man City and ask them to switch their game to the Wednesday 
I am not sure United want to play this game at all. Seriously, this will be a bit of a disaster for us financially.
