V Kendal

Not sure why it’s classed as a poor attendance when only Chorley, Hednesford (v Ferriby) and Worksop at home to FCUM managed to draw bigger gates than us?

For me, anything above 350 has to be viewed as very acceptable.

re: the junior teams, I am interested to know whether anybody has offered Ste any help in organising this? I’m guessing not.

Pleased to see another 3 points on the board. It’s looking ever more likely that i may be able to catch a game this season…

You can only beat whats in front of you, we didn’t really get out of (or need to) 2nd gear, and I’m sure if Kendal had scored we would have stepped it up.

I was at Spurs yesterday and saw a prime example of what happens when you think you just have to turn up to win the game, the crowd like ours on Saturday were very quiet,

It was a solid performance and in the situation that we’re in getting the points is all that matters. We won 3-0 at home, which is a good result in anyones eyes.

Momentum is with us just like last season…

Have to agree with GE I don’t think that the ref had a bad game, he has just given us some talking points which we all have different views on. But a win is a win

I thought the officials had a good game. The ref said to me that in his eyes the player started falling before Stuart Plant went down.

When he went to book the Kendal player, the player said to the ref “What’s up with yer…Suarez does it every game?”
