Lost 3-2 in a good quick game with a few mistakes thrown in, Stoke were young quick and athletic however we played well and were without Powell, Titch and howard all injured I presume, Harvey scoring our first goal before going off injured at half time Danny Andrews scored our second and equalising goal before Stoke pinched it.
Seems like Mr Pritchard has put together a decent squad, just hope we can afford to keep them all. If we can put out our best team v Ilkeston we should stand a very good chance of a winning start.WHS.
Sounds like we gave a really good account of ourselves and without some of our “Star” players.
