CLUB SECRETARY
To be responsible for all aspects of club administration, compliance with league, county and national FA rules, regulations and requirements. Reporting directly to the chairman and board of directors, the club secretary will work closely with the matchday and assistant secretaries to ensure that the highest standards in administration are maintained at all times. The successful applicant will ideally have some experience of football or other sporting administration, but must be fully computer literate, used to working with e-mail, Microsoft word and other office systems.
PRESS OFFICER
To be responsible for increasing & improving coverage of the club in local press, radio, on the UniBond League website and in the Non League Paper. This role involves regular liaison with all media, the writing of press releases and ensuring that the club takes advantage of good PR opportunities. The press officer will also liaise with the Programme Editor and Webmaster to ensure that club news is consistently conveyed through all internal and external channels. The successful applicant will be a good communicator, with strong written skills, fully computer literate and used to working with e-mail, Microsoft word and other office systems.
COMMUNITY OFFICER
To be responsible for creating, developing & maintaining positive relationships with schools, colleges, associations and all other bodies with the local community. Key to this role will be the establishment of a schools programme including the provision of free tickets, and any other initiatives that will improve attendances, income and a positive image of the club within the local community. The successful applicant will be a good communicator, with strong written skills, fully computer literate and used to working with e-mail, Microsoft word and other office systems.
PROGRAMME EDITOR
To be responsible for compiling and editing the club programme for all league and cup fixtures. The role includes liaison with, and management of contributors including the team manager, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that the print quantities are closely monitored to prevent over-supply. The Programme Editor will liaise closely with the Press Officer and Webmaster to ensure that club news is consistently conveyed through all internal and external channels. The successful applicant will be a good communicator, with strong written skills, fully computer literate and used to working with e-mail, Microsoft word and other office systems.
