It seems that many owners of Premiership Football Clubs think all you have to do to be successful is employ a manager whose name contains a Van or an O. Not working out so well at Old Trafford and White Hart Lane is it? I just wonder if the Ref would have given those penalties against United had Ferguson still been in charge? It seems to me that since he left Refs are giving decisions against United that they didn’t when he was there. Worse start than under Moyes, how long before they sack the new man?

Clattenburg has never done utd any favours - he’s a great ref ha ha, only thing is it’s all about him and not the game unfortunately.
A definite foul by non league Nigel on Rafael .veryangry
Looked a fair shoulder challenge to me followed by a clumsy foul by Rafael !
I still think United have suffered and will continue to suffer from these kind of decisions now Fergie has gone, it is the Refs getting their own back for years of abuse and bullying.

Just a point about these foreign managers. Few are any good without millions to spend, most have inflated reputations that do not bare scrutiny. Give the jobs to Brits I say and stop none EU citizens playing in our leagues, then we might see young Brits getting the chances they need and deserve.

I don’t agree with stopping non EU players as the top level players have made the premier league more exciting and exciting - tevez, saurez, etc but would be happy if they put a non EU limit of 1-2 players per squad that should allow the growth and use of British players more.

Two leg breakers there! Wasn’t football a contact sport at some point? Its one of the reasons I cringe watching premiership football nowadays
You cannot ban EU players but you can ban them from the rest of the world. As for Tevez and Saurez, great players but not good examples to youth.

Those bloody foreigners eh? Coming over here taking our jobs!
If they are from the EU they are entitled to work where they like but why we allow other countries nationals to do the same I have no idea.
