We are top of the league and heading for promotion so perhaps what i say will not be dismissed as "wanting you lot to bale us out" this time.<br>The long term future for football in this town has to include the clubs working closer together to cut costs at some point. Not merging (i pray!) but ground sharing at least at some point.<br>Witton are obviously struggling without the rent from us, and now Vics football club is legally split from the company owning the ground it is only a matter of time before there is another crisis and the football club, next time, has no tangible assets. <br><br>Perhaps this is part of some complex plot to get both teams on the VS and for MC to become Godfather?<br><br>Of course we could just keep arguing on board the same sinking ship - winner is the one who drowns last?<br><br><br><br><br><br><br>
