So back to football ! Will we have a team available, will it be a reserve runout again ? I personally would like to see as strong a team out as possible we need to get a win and some confidence for Saturday . Assuming no signings I guess Speare will have to start in goal with all the other 3 injured ! Then pick a strong back 4 : Moyo, Ben, Barnes, Shaw. Midfield ( now it gets really tough ) Danny, Gards, Obrien, Corbett. And finally up front Titch and Koral. That should be good enough to win ! In truth we need at least 3 signings if we are going to climb out of trouble.
Not at all confident about tonight. The one positive at the moment is 4 home games over the next 12 days, which should put some much needed money in the coffers.
And if anyone missed the announcement on the website or Facebook Mark’s programme notes address both the budget and the groundshare.
Will it tell us where our next point is coming from?
That really is up to Sully not Mark !
Interesting to hear Dave Walker is back at Wincham Park tonight. .
as a Kidsgrove Substitute?!!
Someone mentioned on Saturday that Witton paid for his operation and since then hes vanished? Not sure if this is true but if it is this is another kick in the teeth for the club!
1-0
Rainford
1-1
Visitors down to 10 men after a headbutt seen by the ref

We didnt pay for the operation
Dave was going to come back under Pritch once fit, but never signed on. Obviously things have changed since then!!!
Witton win 4-1, with goals from Rainford, Henders, and two from Titchiner.
Say what you like about the opposition but there were 4 goals, lots of effort, glimpses of good football, some confidence building and best of all - Titch has found his shooting boots again.
If we can carry some of that into Saturday we give ourselves a fighting chance
Well done lads! Chuffed for titch aswell excellent stuff :goal
Even though it was against a lower league side and 10 men for the most part, I actually thought we played well, Titch looked extremely lively when he came on with two great finishes, Moyo was outstanding playing in the wing back role.
I’m a massive fan of the 5 at the back with wing backs on either side, msg I hope it gets a good run as I can see it being effective.
Would love to see Gards and Moyo as the two wing backs, Corbett is very young and inexperienced, he had a few nice moments tonight but was out of position on multiple occasions but without a worthy centre mid it looks like he’ll be getting a run in the team.
Andrews has a free roll in behind the front two which is a new role for him so it will need getting used too, but as I say we need to stick with it and I’ll be confident we can get results.
Looking forward to Saturday, huge game, huge effort by players and fans needed so let’s do our part!
If Rainford is suspended for Saturday could we see Titch central and Andrews on the right and Koral on the left in a variation of the 3-4-3?
Well a good win with positive all round it seems (I missed due to work) well done to all!!!
I too would love to see Gards and Cliff Moyo as the wing backs, Moyo has played really well in all the games I’ve seen him start!!
:clap Fantastic win, goals for Titch and a little positivity, hopefully we can kick on where it matters on Saturday and then in the league!

So nice to see us push on in the 2nd half and improve as the game went on. OK Kidsgrove tired and were into the wind with 10 men, but at least the old flowing passing started to unfold. The last 20 minutes reminded me of what a great game football can be…yes, I had forgotten. Titch’s goals were pure class. The bench were unsure whether our 3rd was a fluke, but who cares! I liked the no 8 wide on the left and Cliff was Mr consistent, as ever. All in all, a good night, now let’s push on for another win and get some more funds for the club in the trophy.
Yes we played well - you have to beat whats in front of you, 5 3 2 seemed to suit who we have, but we looked far more fluent in midfield and more dangerous up top when Dawson joined Gards and Danny in the midfield 3 for the ponderous Obrien and Titch and Henders went up front, a couple of answer points from previous posts
Rainford is ok for Saturday suspension starts on the 22,Nov, and Henders goal looked no fluke, he had a look first nothing on and the way he played the lob was deliberate and it was a superb goal ! He looked good much more effective than Rainford but maybe not match fit yet. Some good performances - Corbett and Moyes as wing backs, Gards, Andrews and Dawson in midfield and Titch with 2 great goals showed all his class and a cameo from Henders up front. Makes a change to come away smiling.
Was good to see Dave Walker back playing but sad to see him in a Kidsgrove shirt.
I have not disappeared, it is just that I have been unable to get to games lately so it would be stupid of me to comment on the team, my only comment is that I do hope we get a result on Saturday and next Tuesday.
