Played quite well in patches tonight, much better than Saturday. Looked ok going forward and passed it nicely at times. Defended like under 9s though.

A couple of points though. The players are having a right moan at each other at the moment, we can hear it from the side. Take responsibility for own actions and stop looking at others. Also, how many of the players actually acknowledged the presence of the 30 or so Wittoners tonight?

We played well tonight and a draw would have been a fair result, but as said above the defending was awful, conceded from another corner and switched off just before half time. Not sure why Bakkor was taken off he was our only threat going forward once Harvey went off.

It could have been a different result had Harvey scored when he hit the post, Hancock scored the penalty, but that’s the way it seems to be going at the minute.

A mention for their goalkeeper who was fantastic tonight, made a great save from Hancock first half and you won’t see many better penalty saves than tonight.

Hopefully a few changes are made personal wise, as I am sorry a couple are not up to it.

11 goals conceded in three games, you don’t have to be a tactical genius to see where our problem is. Question is, can we do anything about it?
WHS.

We need a fit centre back to partner Ben then we have options !

Despite the big improvement over Saturday there still seems to be a lack of leadership and encouragement on the pitch. Rammy’s goalie was mouthy, but there was no doubting his passion and commitment. Their whole team were constantly encouraging and geeing up themselves. Our bench is pretty quiet too, a bit of Pritch-like screaming would not go amiss. We could at least try another Captain. Good strikes from Josh (we’ed be in a lot more trouble without his 4 goals) and he showed great spirit to come back after the penalty to get his 2nd. But bless him, he’s a LOAN player. I’d like to see the home boys and contract players show his effort.

Just how many players are we going to lose and who?
WHS

Maybe therein lies the problem, we don’t know, the players don’t know, Sheens is trying to get the team as a whole to agree to less quids a la Foghorn Gleghorn (his team agreed to 50%!) and it may be causing division and the shambolic performances such as at Runcorn, this really isn’t good!

Well whatever we do it needs to be done pdq, we can’t afford to let it drag on and lose to many, can we not draft a couple of younger players in and lose a couple of higher paid players some of them are not playing too well anyway !

I won’t give full details in case I get reported to the "dot the i’s and cross the t’s " police but I believe we have signed a goalkeeper on a month’s loan from a football league club. Didn’t think that position was our biggest problem but hey-ho…
