I would just like to welcome Man United fans to the REAL football world where you don’t win nearly every week and you end up winning nothing and not qualifying for Europe, we fans of Spurs Everton, WBA, Sunderland etc have had to put up with it for years, but it does teach you humility and it will make a change for you all to be a bit humble!!

This part of the site is called “Other Football News” so that it is what it is about, though the way United are playing at the moment you could argue it should be on “Other Sports News” as they aren’t playing much football. Anyway, I’ve had my fun and United don’t look capable of getting into the Europa League never mind the UEFA Cup so will leave It for now. Back to more important things, a win for the Albs on Tuesday night, sadly I have a prior engagement, but I will be there in spirit and might make the last 15 minutes, until then give the boys a cheer for me.

Sorry I don’t know the difference between these cups. It used to be the European Cup for Champions now it is just a cup for anyone who is “Not too bad”. Europa League is for “Also rans” and the Champions League is for Champions and “Also rans” is that right? Either way it doesn’t look like United are even going to be “Also rans” this season so it doesn’t really matter.

I read today that Vince Mcmahon (the world wrestling entertainment billionaire boss for those that don’t know) is being strongly linked with a takeover of Newcastle United, unfortunately this is the real football world at the top level in this country now. He probably hasn’t a clue what offside means. Having said that Hulk Hogan and the Ultimate Warrior up front for the toon could be interesting and would be a handful for any defence :ohmy:
Well after tonight’s result at least the United fans can finally get a bit of sleep!! I am convinced if Adolf Hitler suddenly was reincarnated the FA would say he was okay to run a football club!! Is there anyone they won’t have if he has the cash?
