Witton Albion’s Academy team return to action tomorrow when they welcome Skelmersdale United in an ESP Football Academy West Cup fixture.
The ESPFA Cup competition is played in four regional groups: North West, North East, West Midlands & East Midlands in a Round Robin format.
Witton are in the North West Group alongside Runcorn Linnets, Skelmersdale United & Stafford Town.
A momentous day is in prospect as the team return to action for the first time since Coach Martyn Irvine stood down and left the squad in a very comfortable state and on the verge of glory.
The fixture kicks off at 12pm but the venue is still to be confirmed.
