Witton Albion Academy v. Skelmersdale United

ESPFA Northern Division Champions Witton Albion play their final league game of the season on Thursday afternoon when they welcome second placed Skelmersdale United to the U Lock It Stadium.

The team have so far played nine league games, winning eight of them and have scored a massive 47 goals in the process whilst conceding only twelve.

It would be an absolutely tremendous tribute to the team and the coaching staff, if we could get as many as possible down their to cheer the lads on and congratulate them on their achievements and for what they have brought to our club.

Skelmersdale have put up a formidable challenge in trying to catch the Witton team, and finishing second is an excellent performance for them if that’s how it turns out.

It would be nice if the team can end the league season on a positive note and it would be even better if they had supporters there to cheer them on.

Kick off at the U Lock It Stadium is 12pm.
