Witton Albion Academy vs Mickleover FC (ESPFA National Cup - Northern Group).

Witton’s Academy team continue their ESPFA National Cup campaign on Thursday afternoon when they welcome Mickleover FC in a Northern Group fixture.

Martyn Irvine’s charges will be looking to extend their unbeaten run to four games and continue their pursuit of the knockout stages of the ESPFA’s premier competition.

The last three games have seen Albion net fourteen goals and they have already beaten the Derbyshire side 6-2 in the league so they will be looking to continue their recent progress.

The form of striker Dan Williams has been instrumental in recent weeks, although the goals have been shared amongst the team so they will be in confident mood as they seek another victory but it will be a tough game.

The game is being played at Sandbach Community Football Centre with a 12pm kick off.
