Witton’s Development Squad carried on where they left off last week as they beat Workington AFC on Wednesday night in the Lancashire League West fixture to make it two wins on the run.
There was nothing between the two sides in the first half as they went in level 1-1 at the break. Witton took control of the game in the second half adding three further goals whilst the Cumbrians could only find a consolation in reply.
Albion’s goalscorers were - James Collins, Michael Higginson & a brace from Jan McPherson. There was also a Man of the Match performance from Matthew France.
