WITTON ALBION RESERVES v MOORE UNITED Sat 8th Nov

Reserves are at home this Saturday to Moore United in the league.

Moore United currently lie 2nd from bottom (10th/11th) in the league having lost their last 2 League games 7-0 and 6-0 respectively.
Witton Reserves currently lie in 8th place and although a win will not move us up the table it will distance us from the bottom pack.

Support from Wittoners not travelling to Stalybridge most welcome down at Lostock Gralem

Bonez

Reserves win 3-0 at home.

Goals from DEAN MUNDY, JAMIE WEEDER & REECE COLEY.

A good solid performance on a very bobbly pitch where we struggled to get our game and passing together. Moore Utd did not play to any particular formation and it took us time to find our feet and get our game going but we later asserted ourselves in bitty first half and went 1-0 up which we took into the 2nd half.

Jamie Weeder produced A stunning long range strike from a poor GK kick to take us 2-0 up and the game secured by a great solo run from Reece Coley.

good result which secures us 8th in the league 3 points behind Cuddington with 2 games in hand

Well done Bones and the team wish I had stuck to my original plan to watch the Ressies instead of going to FCUM !

maybe we all should watch the reserves instead of the joke team that is supposed to be our first team. well done witton reserves.
