Witton have now navigated a 3rd of the season without defeat. It was again a workman-like rather than spectacular performance, but a once-again depleted Witton team showed great character to come from a goal behind at the break.

There were several chances to win the game, but when called upon the Tangs keeper managed to keep Witton at bay.

The draw leaves Witton just 1 point from the summit, going into their easiest run of games. The target now is to hit top-spot after 10 games, and see where we can go from there. We are 1 point better off at this stage than the target i had set at the start of the season - onwards and upwards!!

Not sure if anyone will know or not…but i was just on the sixes website and it says centre closed for next weeks games, does this mean no games are being played that week???

Yeah no game Sunday

Ok then, thanks for that
