Witton’s U21’s are back in league action on Sunday afternoon when they welcome Ramsbottom United in a North West U21’s Development League Premier Division fixture.
Looking to put last week’s cup exit behind them but, they face a tough challenge in in-form Ramsbottom United who have begun their campaign well with maximum points from the two games played in which they’ve amassed twelve goals, from victories against AFC Knowsley and St Helens Town respectively.
In comparison, Albion’s early season form has been worrying but hopefully, new additions to the squad can breathe life and new confidence and belief into the team.
It’s certainly not for the want of trying but, when you going through a rough period things appear to go against you and hopefully, the team can respond in the right way and put some points on the board.
