Witton Albion’s U21’s Development Squad are in action on Sunday afternoon when they welcome Stockport Town in a North West U21 Development League Premier Division fixture. The team go into the game with an excellent result and performance behind them against leaders Salford City last weekend. The confidence that will have been gained from picking up their first point of the season, and against a team who are unbeaten is a great boost for the games ahead and they might have even gone on to win it. Stockport Town are also enjoying a decent season so far and will pose a different kind of challenge for the Witton team but they can hopefully go into the game and give it everything and build on last weekend 's achievement. Kick off at Moss Farm is 4pm.

Witton’s U21’s are still searching for their first win of the season after losig 3-1 to Stockport Town at Moss Farm on Sunday afternoon.

They were unable to build on their first point of the season gained at Salford City last weeked and are now without a win in five games.

There were signs of improvement from what was a young team with a number making their debuts and there were passages of decent play.

Mazn Amhamed 's header in the last few minutes served only as a consolation.
