Witton are in action again on Tuesday night when they travel to Chasetown in a Northern Premier League West Division fixture with a 7.45pm kick off.
A great performace from the lads today, didn’t get what they deserved playing with 10 men for 80 minutes.
Have seen the red card several times and it was a yellow, no studs involved just a contact but the 10/10 play acting and dive by the bootle player got Hooper the red. But the Referee was poor all game no control wrong decision galore both ways!
Good performances today all round by Witton, liked Djabi looks good, Spinelli did nothing first half but had a few good moments second half.
Bootle horrible team play acting, time wasting in the ref’s face all the game.

Witton deserved something out of this game some excellent football from the team never gave up, at times you couldn’t tell Bootle had an extra man.
I agree the ref gave one of the worst performances I have seen, our players must have been very wary of putting in a tackle in case they were sent off as well.
With eleven players we would have won this game,
