A draw was a fair result but with that referee we never had a chance, every key decision went against Witton and he was always chatting and laughing with cables players.
Football wise nothing in it we had the better of the midfield they were better up front which is currently our big weakness and may cost us the play offs.
Cables were a right shower of time wasting and play acting gits hope they don’t go up.

Nothing wrong with our up front players. Issue is the midfield, constantly pass the ball sideways and only try to play upfront when they run out of sideway passes.
By that time the opposition are back in position. You can constantly hear Jon shouting forward, yet we go sideways!
Not quick enough to play the ball forward is the issue.

A good gate and great atmosphere, pity we did not get anything out of the game another big game next week to keep us in the play offs.
The midfield is keeping us going, if the strikers put half as much effort in we be fine.
Don’t get me wrong they have the talent to be very good but currently form is poor.

I don’t think the midfield are a problem, they are all very good.
I just think the forwards are making the runs but we go sideways far too much and then the break they have made doesn’t work.
The service they get isn’t always what it could be. It didn’t change when Hughes and Pope came on, so they didn’t make the impact that was hoped for.
We have a very good side who play great, entertaining football.
I would just like to see the ball moved up the pitch quicker.

Apart from the result lots of good things yesterday, it was a good game to watch, good crowd and good atmosphere.

Agree with earlier posts regarding officials. Ref was poor but the assistant on the main stand side was shocking.
When are officials going to realise that no one turns up to watch them.
You know who the good refs are you don’t notice them.
I agree with previous posts, we would have had something from the game with better officials.
