Witton welcome promotion-chasing Shaw Lane AFC to The NetDec Stadium on Saturday afternoon in an Evo-Stik Premier Division fixture. The Ducks have continued their impressive form which took them to the Division One South title last season, when Witton took them to the wire almost and are probably the only ones with a realistic chance of catching leaders Altrincham as they have games in hand. Their personnel has seen a number of changes from last season but they have strengthened and that has shown in their results so far. Witton have kept pace with the teams vying for the play offs and still an excellent chance of achieving that aim but they have vital games against their fellow play off challengers ahead of them, starting with this one. Witton have shown the spirit and determination that they can compete against the top teams and will not be phased by the challenge ahead of them. They can take a great deal of encouragement from games against their rivals, particularly an excellent draw they picked up in South Yorkshire earlier in the season and the fact they are unbeaten since Boxing Day. Kick off at The NetDec Stadium is 3pm.

MATCH ON.
Great news, really looking forward to seeing a game, Team wise I dont see Carl changing the team much not heard of any injuries so i think he might go with;
Hare
McKenna, Humphreys, Wilson, Devine
Dale, Owens, Haywood, Foley
Tames, Hopley
Strong bench again, the only change I might make was recalling Gards at right back, rather see a right footer there tbh.
Good luck to all the lads UTA
