Well it was an exciting game to watch, Shildon played some nice football and in the pacy 11 had a real threat but at 3-1 up why didn’t we consolidate and take the win rather than playing long and giving up possession far too easily.
Fleming did not recognise the threat from the 11 and gave him far too much space to attack our fairly slow centre backs and he nearly scored the winner for them.
Not sure why we took Brazel off when he was playing well just to make changes sadly it didn’t work!
Still crying out for a defensive midfielder to break up play, we are far too nice and lightweight in there.
It will be a very tough trip up to Shildon, only hope we can get players available as they will be at full strength at home and as seen can be dangerous.
A missed chance to progress really.
