Thought it was an encouraging performance but the centre of the defence is cause for worry. As for Hare, good safe hands, good shot stopping ability and never wastes a ball, always finds a Witton player. Forwards look very good.

I second WHS comments (first time for everything)
Hare was impressive tonight, the goals came from holes at the back and Hare faced the shots well unfortunately rebounds found free players to tap in.
I’m concerned that Ryan hasn’t shown any additional benefit than the likes of Lycett, Williams, Brown
I understand the additional height is a benefit but too many holes are being left open as his presence at the back doesn’t fix this from what we’ve seen by the goals we’ve conceded

Also Brads cross for the equaliser was a peach looks like he’s settled in well

Not a superfan, I just think his lack of inches is being made too much of. At our level you cannot have everything. Please stop harking back to Danny Roberts, the manager is not daft, he must have had good reasons for letting him go.
