Witton Albion vs Chasetown FC

Witton welcome Chasetown FC to The NetDec Stadium on Saturday afternoon in what could turn out to be a momentous week for the club. The first of four games in an eight day period which will give a clear indication of whether Witton are able to pursue the league title, or whether it’s the Play Offs already guaranteed. Nothing will be confirmed one way or another in the next few days but with the gap now closed to three points and with a game in hand, the race is now far more exciting than it might have been. The belief is there that Albion can chase down Shaw Lane and with the two still to meet and anything can happen. First things first though three points against Chasetown and it’s still wide open and the game gives Witton the chance to complete another double following their comprehensive 4-1 win at The Scholars Ground earlier in the campaign. They will be tested that’s for sure but hopefully Witton will continue their excellent home record against a side who has suffered ten defeats on the road so far but still pose a threat. Kick off at The NetDec Stadium is 3pm.

We need every Witton fan who can make it to this game there to urge the boys on to get the 3 points to maintain our push for the league top spot, so let’s turn out in force to achieve this. The players i am sure will do their utmost to get the 3 points.
I will go for a 3- 0 victory for the boys in red. UTA

ANY victory will do me but a load of goals would help our goal difference, we are a long way behind Shaw Lane in that department.

Hopefully a win for us and dropped points for Shaw lane. Tough week for us but this team will put in the effort. We as supporters also need to get behind them and give them a lift . Let’s make some noise. UTA.

There for all the games at Wincham Park God willing.
WHS.

A very tough week indeed, hopefully we can see Gards, Rob & Mattie at some point to bolster the squad as we face so many games and we cannot afford to treat any of them lightly. I am not to worried about goal difference because we wont make that up but hopefully we will be one or two poInts ahead come the end of the season as others have said whatever the outcome we have had a great season UTA
