Witton Albion vs. Chorley (Tue 4th Sept)

Chorley, like us, are on nine points from their opening five games, although they have lost two games in the process.

Their effeminate goalkeeper in the pink has been released since our visit to Victory Park a fortnight ago. Steve Foster also found himself on the bench (what a shame!) at the weekend after loan signing from Southport, Darren Stephenson, scored on his debut.

I’m hoping Matty Wood can play tomorrow, as he’d be a massive loss to us. When we have Wood and Gardner making those overlapping runs a lot of teams can’t deal with us!

Any update on Stevie Connors?

Anyway, after three successive league draws it’d be nice to get all three points tomorrow night. At the start of the season this is one of the games where, realistically, we’d probably have taken a point. However, after our fantastic start there’s no reason why we can’t get the win.

Interested in seeing what crowd we get tomorrow night, Chorley should bring a respectable following. Anywhere around 400 would be brilliant.

Can we all behave ourselves too :stuck_out_tongue:

Always enjoy your excellent previews.

Ever considered sports journalism?

I think before the weekend we would have seen 400. Now i would guess at 399.
