Witton Albion vs Coalville Town.

Witton welcome Coalville Town to The NetDec Stadium in an Evo-Stik Premier Division fixture on Saturday afternoon. The Ravens are currently going through a difficult spell of their own following an excellent start to the season, having lost their last four games on the run. Witton go into the game off the back of a very hard-earned and deserved success against Workington in midweek, ending a five-match losing streak. The fixture also gives Witton the chance to seek revenge for the narrow defeat suffered at Coalville and to finally getting a win on Tuesday night, must surely be a boost going into the weekend game. Three points has seen Witton rise up into the top ten again and get them back on track but there are still lots of points to play for and a long way to go in the campaign. Coalville will provide Witton with a very tough challenge and the team will have to be at their best if they are to collect the points. Kick off at The NetDec Stadium is 3pm.

Kids still travel for free, Pensioners pay £1 return, and Adults £2 return. Cloakroom tickets will be handed out to be surrendered to the driver on the return journey. Single fares will be charged the same as return. The only other change will be the last bus will leave Witton Chimes at about 2.15 pm, not 2.45 as previous. The pick up/drop off points remain the same - Brio Leisure Centre & Witton Chimes. We are sincerely hoping the service will increase numbers using it, particularly new supporters. We are aware that quite a few of the fans using the service would be going anyway, but it is a gesture of goodwill from the club to main core supporters who we value highly. The fees are a contribution towards the costs we incur for the bus.

Please note: Following the game, there is a Pool Match between Witton Albion Supporters and a Select Team from Witton Chimes being held in the Social Club - starting around 6pm. Please stay behind and support this if you can. The bar will remain open.

I hope to see lots of you there tomorrow. I will have a few books with me but this is the last time you can get them at a match, after tomorrow you will have to ring me on 07527637108 to book a meeting to acquire one. Once they are gone, they are gone.
WHS.

A great opportunity to get another 3 points. If the players show the same determination and commitment they showed on Tuesday, then there can be only one result, a win for Witton. We fans must show our commitment to the club by turning up and cheering the team on. Let’s hope for a decent crowd and one getting right behind the team. UTA
