Witton bring the curtain down on their Evo-Stik Premier Division campaign on Saturday afternoon when they welcome Lancaster City to The NetDec Stadium. After a very challenging season, Witton go into the final game in the knowledge that they are guaranteed to finish in seventh place in the table. A run of two wins from their last nine games has prevented them from reaching the play offs but, before the season began a place in the top ten would’ve probably been acceptable to most people. There is still silverware to play for in the future but their achievements so far have been a fantastic effort by everyone concerned. Lancaster arrive at The NetDec Stadium also with nothing to play for now but the prospect of adding three more points to their total and also completing the double over Albion, following their 4-0 success at The Giant Axe earlier in the season. Witton will aim to end their season on a winning note and look to build on this for next season. Kick off at The NetDec Stadium is 3pm.
