Witton look to put a disappointing run behind them on Tuesday night when they welcome Lancaster City to Wincham Park in a Northern Premier League fixture. Their unbeaten home league record ended on Saturday afternoon at the hands of Stalybridge Celtic and they will be hoping to begin another run starting with Tuesday’s game. The Dolly Blues arrive at Wincham Park in thirteenth place level on points with Albion but have played a game more and have lost three of their four league games away from home. The Witton defence was finally breached at home on Saturday and Lancaster will provide a difficult test for them but Witton will go into the game in a positive manner, as they seek to climb the table and pick up three important points. Kick off at Wincham Park is 7.45pm.
