Witton Albion vs NFU Sat 14th March

Another toughie this one - we have just seen probably the worst and best performances in the last 2 games so we need to follow up tuesdays great display with another.

I didn’t know National Farmers’ Union had a footie team ELI.
Oh sorry, You mean North Ferriby.
Apologies.

We can beat NFU, they are only four points ahead of Ashton and we humbled them. We gave the league leaders more than a match for 90 minutes on their home ground. We beat BPA away and FCUM at home.

Yes NFU will be tough opposition but we should not fear anyone. We get at them from the off, give them no room to play and defend from the front. We should be confident in our ability to beat them. If they sniff any fear they will exploit it. And as we proved last night, if we go behind in the game then that does not mean we are beaten. To be 1 down and win 4-2 shows character.

The other ingredient is once again the crowd, a repeat of last night from us will hopefully be mirrored on the pitch.

Bring it on!

Christ its quiet on here!

MASSIVE game tomorrow against, i’m guessing a fairly decent side.
Hopefully we can really get at them tomorrow attacking from the wings with Lawless and Maylett. We all know Mike can put the ball away with decent service and that’s what we have. Thought Kieran did well on Tuesday too.

Any further news on Neil Black’s injury?

Good point all four goals came from crosses into the box, is great to have options of 2 good wingers and pace up front.

Come on the Albion.

I can see it going either way today with the wind blowing like it is.
Lets get behind the lads again today and give them the support they need to take our team safe of the drop

Why not say it has the possibility of a draw too, just to get all bases covered!!!

PS: I have no idea how to use this forum or if I am in the correct part but will look out for a very grateful reply. zigga zagga

The game has been moved to wed 25th because wincham park is being used for the cheshire senior cup final on the monday, at least that what I last heard.
