Witton welcome Stalybridge Celtic to Wincham Park on Tuesday night in an Evo-Stik Premier Division fixture. Celtic have made a reasonable start to the season and find themselves in tenth place in the table. Their home form has been steady with five wins, four draws and only two defeats so far but it is away from Bower Fold, where they have found points difficult to come by. Four defeats so far from six away games haven’t helped their cause. Witton will go into the game relieved at picking up three vital points from Saturday’s encounter with Lancaster City a hard-earned victory but nevertheless three points. They can now hopefully start to pick up and climb the table and string a few results together but Stalybridge will not make things easy for them. Kick off at Wincham Park is 7.45pm.
