Witton’s Youth team are in action on Sunday afternoon when they welcome AFC Darwen Youth in a North West Youth Alliance fixture. Witton’s youngsters will be looking to build on their recent win at Crewe FC whilst not underestimating a Darwen side who are still searching for their first point of the campaign, having lost all of their seven league games so far. The fixture is being played at St Luke’s Barton Stadium - the home of Winsford United with a 2pm kick off.

Witton’s Youth team made it back to back victories on Sunday afternoon with a comfortable win against winless AFC Darwen at St Luke’s Barton Stadium in their latest North West Youth Alliance game.

A tight first half saw the teams go in level 1-1 at the interval but Witton took control of the game in the second half, adding three further goals to complete a comfortable victory.

Witton’s goalscorers were: Tom Edwards, James Rogers, Tom Collins & Charlie Antrobus.
