Witton Albion Youth vs Colne FC Youth.

Witton’s Youth team are at home to Colne FC in a North West Youth Alliance fixture on Sunday afternoon. The youngsters are in good form at the present time, and go into the game on the back of an excellent performance and result at leaders Tranmere Rovers last weekend. The current unbeaten run stretches back over four games in all competitions and depending on other results this weekend, they could find themselves in the top five in the table by the end of the afternoon. Colne sit just below Witton in the league table going into the game but level on points with their hosts so, a difficult game is in prospect. Confidence will be high after such an impressive result last time out but, they will be wary of their opponents and won’t be taking them lightly. Please note: the game has been moved onto the 3G pitch at Moss Farm and the kick off has been put back to 3pm and NOT 2pm as originally stated.
