Witton Albion Youth vs FC United of Manchester.

Witton’s Youth team are in action on Sunday afternoon when they welcome second-placed FC United of Manchester in a North West Youth Alliance Division One fixture. The youngsters have had a break over the past couple of weeks so they will be looking to get back playing again. The season has started with mixed results for the Witton team with losing their opening league fixture at home to Cammell Laird but then producing an excellent performance away at Daten FC to collect the three points. FC United have begun their season strongly as was to be expected, with a draw at St Helens Town and then followed it up by beating Stockport Georgians 4-1 in their last game. Witton will be going into the game in confident mood and hopefully pick up three more points to lift them up the table but they face a difficult test against a side who are always strong and dangerous opponents. The game is being played at Sandbach Community Football Centre with a 2.30pm kick off.
