Witton’s Youth team are in action on Sunday afternoon when they welcome St Helens Town in a North West Youth Alliance fixture. The youngsters go into the game buoyed by the excellent performance and result last weekend in achieving their first points of the new season against previously unbeaten Crewe FC. St Helens Town haven’t started the season well having lost three of their four league games but will still pose a different kind of challenge for the team but one that they will relish as they look to continue their recent form and climb the table. The game is being played at Moss Farm with a 1.30pm kick off.
