If the keeper said he didn’t touch him then thats enough for me. I’ve never yet seen a player who didn’t own up when blatently conceding a penalty. We all know players fully accept each and every decision the referee makes, without argument and no questions asked 
I know the keeper very well he is a very honest man unlike your diving cheating player
