Witton v Telford

Biggest game for ages coming up, there’s going to be lots there from Telford, so all the more important that the home fans really get behind the team, to shout them on to victory. Sing your hearts out for the lads - and don’t get distracted with petty bickering or bleating about the ref or suchlike. It’s important for us to concentrate on doing our bit to help win the game, the crowd have virtually scored quite a few vital goals this season - remember how the team picks up when they’re encouraged … and drops off when they’re not! And I can’t imagine that it does us any good to abuse the ref and linesmen throughout the game - every time the ball ricochets above knee height in the area, it isn’t necessarily a penalty!!

Let’s hope it’s a great game, played in the right spirit - after all, football is a sport that supposed to be entertaining - and you can’t say Witton haven’t entertained this season. It would be great to get a win tomorrow - but whether we do or not, it still won’t be decided till Saturday. Can we stand the excitement? Of course we can! Where else would you rather be?

Lord Sydney, couldn’t agree more, there is nowhere I would rather be tomorrow than shouting on the Albs.
WHS.

Good luck for tonight boys lets go out there and show them how its done, lets all get together behind the boys like on Saturday and lets have this league. cant wait for tonight!

Unibond TV has been absolutely useless - there is no one to offer support to those having trouble connecting to watch the game. Despite paying for the service, there is no link to watch the game on the page anywhere - steer clear. Gutted that I now have to listen to the biased commentary on Radio Shropshire.

any guess on what the crowd is

No mention on the radio…

connors gone off with a injury gaghan on his place. dont know what happened to him though[br]Posted on: April 24, 2007, 08:15:10 PM
they have just had a goal disallowed foul on jk

Disallowed goal for Telford - bloomin Shropshire radio commentators can sit down shut up. Actually don’t shut up or I won’t know what’s going on.

am listening to that aswell, they said connors should of been off for a elbow

Now Gaghan is in trouble…a headbutt. What an idiot.

Gaghan sent off stupid for the reaction

Just need to keep it solid til half time…
Half time 0-0

i hope he doesnt take 1 of the strikers off and try and hold on for a draw, he needs to keep it the same otherwise its game over
