This being their last home match of the season should at least give them their season’s best - hopefully by a long way with the ?? converting to an xxx!
looking at those figures I suspect this re-arrangement is more about Lairds players and officials having tickets for Liverpool/Everton than any worries about the gate!
I cant make tonights game as I
m working in Manchester Good luck Witton! Let`s get another 3 points B)
I thought that it said 510 until I realised the 0 was an O for Osset! Seriously though how can a club sustain the costs of competing in the Evo Stick league with those sorts of gates? SBL
They now dont pay players ? and I guess fund everything else through the clubhouse and fund raising, all credit to them in my view, although I must say there appropriate level is probably NWC
On the wages we are paying we might be described as a NWC side. The difference is our manager has acquired some really talented youngsters who hopefully will remain loyal to the club as he has over the years. If we continue to be successful wages will undoubtedly increase as our gates increase and hopefully that will keep our present squad happy. It might also help if the team formerly known as “That lot over the canal” disappear forever!!
